Since property is in a high traffic alley, rubbish is every where. While there is running water, hot water, flushing toilet, etc., many of these amenities require updating/fixing. Additionally the shower door does NOT keep water from spreading throughout the bathroom and the rest of the property.

Amazing stay
Ótimo quarto, localização e limpeza, apesar de não termos conseguido agendar o check in a atendente Margarida foi rápida e atenciosa e o rapaz que fez o check in conosco foi impecável (infelizmente não gravei seu nome). Só uma coisa a melhorar, a casa de banho,, a água demorava a descer, mas nada muito grande. Ótima estadia.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Bathroom with black mold in most tiles, sink falling apart (was loose as well as faucet), toilet falling apart (would move every time I’d sit on it...and I’m 130lbs). Only 1 towel for 6 nights. The extra comforter couldn’t be used because of the terrible mold smell in the closet where it was stored. When I asked it to be changed the cleaning staff said they didn’t have any more. There was no AC, only a mini (yes, mini) fan. The guy who went to greet us and give us the property keys was extremely unprofessional. Said he’d be 10 min late on meeting us at the property when it was actually 37min. I stood in front of the property (where it was full of trash) for 37 minutes without knowing when he’d actually arrive. To top it off, there was always a party from 10pm - 2am right next to the apartment. I barely slept for 6 nights. The positive? It has a great central location to shops and restaurants, and it’s 10-15min walking to Castelo São Jorge. My tip? Stay somewhere else.

Needs repairs
The area is under construction. Not anything the landlord can do about it. The location was good, but the apartment definitely needs to be renovated. The bathroom was in poor repair, but functional. Didn't drain quickly and the floor was showing it. Not someplace I would go back with a toddler.

nada de anormal
O local em si é apenas razoavel, limpo, moveis razoavelmente conservados, mas não tem ar condicionado apenas dois pequenos ventiladores que não dão conta. Por erro no site da Hoteis.com nem no site , nem no aplicativo há um numero de contato local para fazer o check in, portanto está arriscado o hospede chegar no local e dar com a cara na porta, sem ter para quem ligar ou mesmo obter qualquer infomação.

Hervorragend ist die Lage, von der aus man viele Hotspots und auch die Metro und Tram sehr gut erreichen kann. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Abzüge gibt es für den Zustand des Appartments. Der Boden war teilweise kaputt und auch der Wasserhahn lose. Am meisten hat jedoch der stets muffige Geruch gestört, der auch nicht zu orten war.

Soggiorno da incubo
Il primo giorno nonostante avessimo scritto l'ora dell'arrivo, non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci ed abbiamo aspettato 1 ora davanti al portone. La stanza puzzava tantissimo di muffa, da vomito. Il divano era sporco e pieno di macchie. Il bagno piccolissimo aveva il rubinetto del lavandino che era staccato, la tavoletta del wc anche. Dalla doccia usciva un mare di acqua che allagava tutto il pavimento e per ben 4 giorni di soggiorno ci hanno dato solo 2 asciugamani! Pessima struttura, la sconsiglio vivamente!!!!!
