This hotel was a complete nightmere. From the lobby , to changing rooms 3 times. For different reasons and then finally go down to relax in the pool and it looked straight up like sewer water with the film a dark nasty brown.. would not recommend

Dirty, Smelled Like Cigarettes, Janky Employees
Our stay was on August 15th, 2023. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke SO bad.. Everything had stains and dents and it just looked like the definition of a dive. The hostess who checked us in took a good 10-15 seconds to acknowledge us because she was watching a social media video on her phone.. it was honestly so bad that I would proactively NOT RECOMMEND this chain of hotels to everyone I know.

Pool was totally closed, and that was the reason I wanted to stay here. In the morning, coffee was cold somehow. Rooms were very nice though, and I enjoyed the view!

Aftr a long day of travel, you want to sit and relax but the tv's in the rooms didn't work. We had to change rooms because of that and our new room only had ONE channel working.

No Wi-Fi or closing curtains
The place was clean but lacked in other areas. The curtains were broken. A USB cord was being used to tie the curtains closed. When you walked into the room it had an odor similar to dirty feet and body odor. The bathroom door creaked when closing it because of the rust on the hinges. The bathroom fan was full of rust so it didn’t work properly. Unfortunately the WI-FI was not working and had not worked all weekend. So, with the Wi-Fi not working and the area having a bad cellular service I was not able to use my laptop to work. The staff were kind despite the lackluster of the facility. Room 116

The hallway smelled of sour milk, pickles and sauerkraut. There was no Wi-Fi. The building is in a state of disrepair.

Not recommended
Tired property for sure. My door had to be sternly forced open every time as it needed a major adjustment. The television would not turn off unless you unplugged it. Carpets were dirty and lobby very uninviting. Outdoor pool and hot tub closed. Not at all happy with this stay.
