overrated
Location is great and lobby is beautiful. Room (King Deluxe) was large but felt dated, especially the bathroom. The sheets were clean but definitely old and somewhat worn out. I will not stay here again.

Clean and very nice hotel, good location
We family of 4 people, spent 2 nights in this hotel, i can say just positive stuff about our stay. Great location. Nice room, always clean and big enough ( 2 beds bedroom). Very helpful personal. Free gym, free hot tea/ coffe every morning. But one thing I gave 4 points for property service it's because it's doesn't have a free parking, and rate for night I think it's too expensive. But if you traveling without a car it's good hotel to stay in. Close to George Town for shopping and not so far for center.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The location is walking distance to Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, and the White House area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure.

Old Charm Hotel with old dirt and NO A/C!!!
Horrible stay. Dirty room and bathroom: filthy toilet - not cleaned in weeks; dirty carpets (not vacuumed); dirty night stands with water rings and dirt. NO A/C. Since hotel is old, it can only have either A/C or heat for the ENTIRE hotel. So no A/C for your nice 4 star Executive suite you booked. They told me to open the windows - are you kidding me? I only stayed that night (because it was 11p when I found out about this- I was out seeing the city before) and stayed the next 3 nights at another suite at The Watergate Hotel.
