Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, Orlando

Really wasn't all that good. Started by telling me they didn't have the room I reserved then gave me a key to a room that already had people in it and instead of trying to make up for that gave us a worse room facing the parking lot. The woman at the front desk did not discuss any of the charges just ran the card no receipt no nothing it was almost like I was bothering her

Housekeeping didn’t show up to our room until 9pm, but other than that the hotel was great.

This Hotel charges $30 resort fee and and additional $28 for self parking in an uncovereed unsecured lot The is no coffee in the room. Had to go down 7 flights and across a football field to wait 30 minutes in an onsite Starbucks that charges twice as much as a regulat Starbucks. Thats just for my morning coffee. At checkout the snotty attendant was offended when I asked for a paper receipt He had the audacity to ask me why do I need a paper receipt for and what I did with it. What does he care?

our stay was great this is our .2nd say we come abou the same time.shelby my little girl birthday is the 29th november.she is 14 and she wanted to come back.The rooms were great.The staff.Thank you so much for your kindneess. great place Thank you again ,we will be back next year,Seaworld was GREAT as well

We couldn’t be happier with the service. At any level everyone was very helpful but specially Felicia from checkin who upgraded us to accommodate us early and Jackie from lost and found went above and beyond. The hotel needs a renovation as it smells musty however they do the best possible job with what they have. Sheets were sparkling clean, remote control seemed very clean and surfaces were dust free. I found the carpets to be either dirty or stained and the walls to have some spots I could not identity. I cant stress how convenient it is if you are planning a trip to Sea World. The hotel water park was good but kids were unruly as no one from the hotel was there to mitigate and the surface on the splash zone was extra rough, so you need to bring water shoes for children to avoid injuries.
