With helpful staff and a great location, this hotel is undergoing a renovation, which should not deter you from taking advantage of the great value it provides.

My stay was during renovation project which was somewhat inconvenient, however staff accommodating.

Good hotel stay. We had lots of room and it was clean. However, the renovation of the lobby made things more of a hassle than it could be. There are little imperfections in the rooms that need to be fixed. Also, there were no vent fans in the bathrooms. I will be staying here again, regardless of these things though. My family and i had plenty of room. If you you need white noise to sleep, be sure and bring something because you can hear guests in other rooms some.

The hotel is under renovation so the lobby and breakfast area were really cramped. Our room was close to the elevator and it made much too much noise. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was a false alarm. The bathroom needs a vent for the steam. Will give them the benefit of the doubt and try staying here again after renovations because the staff was friendly and it's a good location

No warning about construction. No AC on ground floor; had to walk through parking garage, take two elevators plus stairs to get to room. I really needed a drink when I got there. (Houston, after all). Vending machine out of water; ice machine broken; option is to pay for a Fiji water in the room. Hot and grouchy. Tub faucet falling off; no fan in the bathroom. Just a sign that tells you to shower with the door shut, otherwise the steam will set off the fire alarm. No surprise, we had an alarm on one of our two nights. Maybe this hotel is normally nice, but stay away right now.
