Nice, remodeled and comforable hotel but very small rooms. No seating except on the bed. The pineapple concept is a little bit cheesy with a lot of their products for sale, a stuffed animal and an overpriced treat box taking up very precious surface space. I really dislike when hotels charge amenity fees, I'd rather have that built into the price. I think internet should be standard and if I want to use a bicycle I'll just rent one. Also, for being "green" they offer Keuring coffee pods and plastic water bottles in the room which is part of the amenity fee, which are terrible wastes of plastic. However, the location was excellent and I walked everywhere.

Do yourself a favor and book a room here
The check-in experience was fantastic. We were several hours early and were simply hoping for a place to safely store our luggage so we could head out to sight-see, but we were allowed to go ahead and check in and head up to our room. The staff was very friendly and super helpful, providing advice on where to go and what to see in Boston, as well as providing a map to help us find our way. The room was gorgeous and very clean. It had 2 bathrobes available for us to use during our stay, as well as slippers. The bathroom was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. The only thing the room was lacking was counter space in the bathroom, but given that there is only so much room to work with, I understand that there just wasn't room for more counter. The bed was comfortable, and we both slept well. Overall, our stay could not have gone better. My only regret is that we were only able to stay for one night.

Comfortable Bed
Stayed here for one night while traveling on business. I had previously stayed at this property before it switched to new ownership and brand. The building is very dated, and the rooms are tiny. However, the beds at this hotel are extremely comfortable, possibly one of the beset hotel beds I have ever stayed in. Local area is great for food and shopping.

Might be the biggest ripoff of a hotel ever. I paid over $550 to stay in a room that was the size of my closet and it wasn't even nice.
