I had only booked it the night before I travelled so hadn't realised that the 'check in' process would be so stressful. The company phoned and emailed me during the day (I was working) needing me to photogra[h and email them photo ID ( which they said they would have to verify but couldn't tell me how that would be done or when I would know if it had been verified), give them card details for a deposit and then take a photo of the card and email that to them. By the time that last request arrived I was outside the property in the dark but had to walk back to somewhere to take and email the photo. Given that I had booked through expedia and have and account with them I didn't expect that degree of security so I don't think this was very suitable for a booking with less than 24 hours notice.

Spacious flat close to Kilburn station
The two bedroom flat was bigger than expected with a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is modern and open with nice living room area. The flat is close to Kilburn underground station (Jubilee line) or West Hampstead overground/Thameslink station (1h direct train to Gatwick airport). After booking received an email to send copy of passport and credit card (for deposit - was refunded immediately at the day of check out). Once this has been emailed received the check in instructions, main door and flat door require a code to get in (no one at property, just use codes given in email as per instructions), no issues with that and easy check out as you can just leave. As I did not receive instructions immediately after sending email with documents I requested it and received swift response with instructions. The flat is in a quiet residential area, multiple flats in the building, overall quiet and peaceful. No issues, only thing was that the Wifi was spotty in parts of the flat and mattress a bit thin. However the flat is in a great location, easy check in (once document emailed) and everything you need is available (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, iron, towels, big kitchen with oven and fridge, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

Bed tables would’ve been useful. Also a furniture for storing outdoor clothes and shoes near the entrance would’ve been good. Otherwise the apartment was very good for our use (family of 5), and level of armament good.
