Trashy but convenient
The location was good--convenient, safe, and accessible to the places I wanted to visit. The down side was the cleanliness of the hallway and the broken air conditioner. When I was first checking in to the hotel and taking my luggage to my room, I noticed that someone had dropped their underwear (!) in the hallway (another !). A few hours later, I headed out for dinner and shopping. The underwear was replaced by some trash, which I reported to the front desk. When I returned, the trash was still there. It was also there in the morning. I noticed then that it had been a very long time since anyone had vacuumed that hallway. As for the air conditioner, it was freezing in my room. I tried to adjust the temperature but it was broken.

Wouldn't recommend going to this hotel!
When we arrived, we were told the elevators were out, but that they should be working again in 20 minutes. We left and came back to the hotel about 1 1/2 hrs. later, and they still weren't working. So, we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. Then, when we arrived at our room, the bathroom toilet wasn't working, and we were told it couldn't be fixed and would have to be removed from the floor. Also, it took at least an hour before the maintenance man came up to look at the toilet. At this point, we had to move to another room in the hotel, even though we were told at the front desk that "we all full with no more vacancies." Additionally, the front desk women seemed disinterested in helping me, even choosing to continue a casual (non-work related) conversation with another hotel employee while I was standing there needing assistance. Overall, we had a very, very bad experience at this hotel, and would highly discourage others from going there.

Perfect spot, felt right at home!
Justin, the young man at checkin I believe he works from 7-3, we’re absolutely amazing! The Assistant General manager and Jennifer took very good care of my family! The breakfast was always amazing!

Poor 2.0
Broken Elevator
The elevator up only worked to the fourth floor and then you had to get on the other elevator to go down to the second or third floor. So, they gave us a room on the fourth floor, as I explained to them that we had large heavy suitcases, as we were leaving the hotel at about 5:30 A.M. to catch an International flight. Since I'm 70 years old I did not want to carry our heavy suitcases down flights of stairs. Wouldn't you know it, the elevator quick working completely by morning so I had to carry three heavy suitcases down four flights of stairs first thing in the morning. The room was poorly designed, as their was barely room for the desk chair between one of the beds and the desk. Also, the chair was way to low for the desk. Had I needed to spend much time on the computer that would have been a problem.
