Hotel was clean and accommodating. You need to request room service which we did but the only thing they did was give us fresh towels. They did not make the bed or clean the bathroom. Thought that was a little strange. Breakfast in the morning was your standard. No issues.

Unexpected Charge that set the tone for the stay
I stayed here earlier in the year and chose it again because the first stay was 5 stars. However, this stay was a mid 3. Upon arrival, the clerk advised that he needed another credit card (not the card I booked with) for a future incident charge of $100. Now I did not have to do this the first time I stayed and this was not in the details of this booking when I booked. I asked when did this happen and he stated we started this week. I never received an addendum email or notification of this change. When asked why he couldn't use the card I had on file, he said just because, and if I don't trash the room then I would be refunded my $100. This made me and my family feel uncomfortable in staying because at this point who know what their definition of "trash" is. When we got to the room we took photos and video of the damage to the wall and bathroom before even putting our things down. The sheets were not completely cleaned as I found hairs in the made up beds. The initial unexpected future incident charge, set the whole atmosphere of the stay in a bad way. When checking out, the clerk was actually the same clerk from our first amazing stay, and she advised me that the card was never even charged, so no refund was needed. Better training is needed for your staff because this is the last time I'll stay here.
