So so
So so hotel, not too impressed I got regency club room...not worth the extra money and also the lounge is subpar. Alcohol selection is subpar and food is mediocre in the lounge. Didn’t try the restaurants in the hotel though.

Our family always stays at this hotel when we are in Tokyo. My son loves to swim through the year so their indoor pool is great. Love the breakfast buffet. It may feel rather pricey but when we are on a vacation this is what I love most : )

Very Good8.0
Staff was courteous, friendly, and our room was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job with the cleaning, even rearranging my bath kits nicely when it was disarranged by me. The concierge was very courteous, they didn’t have to help bring our bags to our hotel but they did anyway. They were Very helpful even after our checkout, they helped because my wife forgot her jacket In the room and they quickly retrieved it. They helped us with the motor coach back to the airport and even sought info on day rooms to look for at the airport just for shower and lounging. That helped so much. Thanks to the staff for their hard work and courtesy. The only drawback was laundry. We wanted to do our own laundry using a machine but the hotel didn’t have that. Only laundry service, but it was too pricey to wash one article of clothing. We’d just do it ourselves. But that was it. Other than that the hotel was spic and span clean, classy, ornate. The staff was courteous to the exceptional degree. Our stay was great. And plus the subway was around the corner. And 7-11 and other restaurants were a plus too!!! Loved that we were offered 2 bottles of water everyday. Japan in general is a great host city and everywhere we stayed held their great service. I wish hotels back home were like hotels like the Hyatt in general. Mahalo Nui loa and Aloha!!! David Velasco
