The place has good living space and the two bedrooms have large beds + the living room is spacious. The "staff" was friendly at first, and let us check in early which was very convenient. We had a few issues though: no WiFi - someone came, took the box, and we never heard back until we complained and were told that it wouldn't be fixed for now for reasons linked to the provider and work in the building. We sent several emails and texts about different things that went completely unanswered. The apartment has almost nothing in terms of silverware and items to cook with, and does not provide any detergent, any salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. - which is weird because those I typically always find when renting an apartment. For a 4-day stay, who will go buy every single and smallest item as if they're starting a new life there? We complained about the shower's curtain bar being totally full of rust. Without letting us know, someone came while we were away and changed the curtain (which is nice, but it'd be nicer to know someone's coming - after all, we're renting the place so it's ours for a while) but nothing was done for the bar itself, full of rust. For a standard price of $600 per night (there was an apparent discount for $300 when we booked) I expected more. Oh, also, it says 4 beds - not 4 bedrooms. So, the living room has 2 convertible beds... It didn't change anything for us (there were 3 of us) but I had booked for 8 people I'd have been quite mad.
