Not worth it at any price
The bed was poorly made. The bedspread was stained. The blanket had burns in it. Towels were small and thin. The door did not pull shut and lock smoothly. A large bug came in through the gap under the door. The AC unit seemed to push excessive moisture into the room.

Great Value
I've stayed here twice and the property has improved in the last year. Overall it is clean, nicely appointed, the staff was friendly and attentive. I talked with one of the staff and he outlined their plans for upgrades in the near future. I was attending an event downtown which is only 7 minutes away and had breakfast every day at the Columbia diner which was great. I plan on staying here next year for my next convention.
