Meh
Because of the neighborhood it was not particularly cheap, but the staff was accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay an extra day. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever had, with a very poor selection that was highlighted by a bowl of hard-boiled eggs that was not once changed the 4 days I checked. The eggs were green and rotten smelling when opening them. I tried several days, including Monday when "new" eggs were simply placed on top of the old ones, but they were already gross. Beyond that the overall options were low, and most of our group ended up just having cereal and waffles each morning, with maybe a slightly over-ripe apple or prepackaged muffin thrown in. Otherwise, the staff were decent and the rooms were clean.

Great Value
Stayed here for just a little over a weekend to attend TI6. While the rooms are old and the floors and walls are rather thin, nothing was too off-putting. Sure, it's not the nicest place to stay, but it's reasonably close to Key Arena (~$15 Uber) and right across the street from University Village for easy access to dining establishments. Wi-Fi is a little spotty in some of the rooms at the edge. Major pro is the breakfast. Bacon and sausages with waffles. Normally, I only see milk and cereal with some muffins (which are also there), but this was a welcome change. A major con is that the air conditioning units are incredibly loud.

okay Travelodge
The bed was comfortable. The room was okay as far as being clean. The person who checked us in was not very friendly. The pool was dirty , so we weren't able to swim. The room keys didn't work at first, we had to get them redone. The towels were scratchy. As far as the value, it was affordable. Breakfast was good. I was surprised as to the quality of the place. I have stayed at Travelodge before and I was a little dissapointed.

Eh
Expected the noisy a/c and budget hotel atmosphere but the non-working electrical outlets were disappointing .

The Hotel was a bit run down internally. No Guest Laundry was a disappointment. Shower was good, but needed an updated showerhead. AC in the room was sketchy. Also no alarm clock. (?) Asked for a wake-up call and didn't get one. This Hotel is well overdue for a makeover, then it will probably cost $150 a night.
