Pool n hot tub were great, breakfast had waffles and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Everything was fresh and delicious. Front desk is always charming and housekeers are doing great job. Always stay here and I'll always come back!

The hot tubs were closed, the halls smelled musty, and there was a bullet hole in the bathroom door. The neighborhood felt sketchy. Other than that the room seemed clean but small. The front desk did not have pillows, the room had three small pillows, and there were two of us staying. It was what we needed for one night coming from camping. The shower was hot and the breakfast was filling. We slept deep from exhaustion from our adventures.

Although the staff and common areas were acceptable, the hallway carpets were filthy and the room was atrocious. Tiny room, stained sheets (I was afraid to turn down the covers), outdated bathroom, black hair (not mine) in the bathtub and a toilet that didn't flush well until it finally overflowed in the morning. I examined the mattress because I was afraid of bedbugs, and it was so stained and worn it should have been replaced years ago. The telephone was from the 1980's with a blinking message light and had the wrong room number on it, to boot. Room 141 is a definite NO.

We stayed here after driving from Denver, on our way to Spokane WA. We checked in late with no problem, there was adequate parking. The guy who checked us in was very friendly, but gave no direction or information at check in. Didn't even mention our room number, just took my info, scanned our cards, and handed us the car holder with the room number on it. Not the worst but could upset others. Room was easy to find, and clean. AC was on the wall and worked very well. Breakfast was included and decent, enjoyed the juice dispenser. Didn't get a chance to use the pool area, but it seemed adequate. Beds were comfortable, small variation of pillows. Check out was easy. Overall would stay there again.
