The apartment is located in the Borgo of Castelfalfi, a hill top village in Tuscany. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with French doors leading onto a garden with spectacular views across the Tuscan countryside. Two bedrooms on the first floor with one room converted into a bunk bedroom that sleeps four. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Castelfalfi is a jewel set in the heart of Tuscany, a land that is historically rich in art, beauty and culinary traditions. It's village and the Borgo are surrounded by green hills, kilometres of vineyards and olive groves. There are bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Activities locally include road and mountain biking, hiking, golf, and tennis. Florence with it's world class museums, historic sites and shopping is approximately one hour's drive away, San Gimignano is 25 minutes, Pisa 45 minutes. Beaches can be reached easily by car approximately 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. There is a farmer's market on a Friday morning in the local town of Montaione. There is a spa and health club at the local hotel Il Castelfalfi, a 5 minute walk away. The apartment has stunning views looking out onto olive groves, vineyards and the local 27 hole Castelfalfi golf course. There are 3 good local restaurants; Rosmarino, La Rocca
