Shower design is horrible
Everything was alright, although there were a bunch of construction trucks clogging up the parking lot. My main issue was with the shower/tub, which was designed horribly. The tub slopes inward so it’s hard to shower; the shower rod bowed outward and down so the shower curtain never stayed closed and water sprayed out all over the floor, and we had to use towels to help sop it up. Everything else was fine and clean and nice, except for the chair with unidentifiable stains on it. I’d stay there again.

Old and musty smelling
The room is so old, the carpets dirty. The bathtub old and dingy.

Incompetent Owner/Manager
The manager/owner refused to accept the payment voucher and insisted that I pay again even though I had a "paid-in-full statement. It took over an hour of arguing with the owner and finally I called my credit card contact # and the Capital One representative explained to the owner that the change had been paid to a few day prior. He still insisted that I allow him to charge my credit card again. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card and go though the process just because the Quality Inn manager doesn't know how to do his job properly. I think should contact the manager/owner and explain how works.
