Let me start by saying the staff were great! Our A/C was not working. It was humid as a swamp in our room. They did move us to a new room when we said something and Jeffery was great in dealing with that.

Quite acceptable
Carrollton is a great small town, and the hotel was easy to find. The propertyhas been bought and is undergoing some renovations. Good thing, since the carpet in our room was split, frayed, and a little sticky feeling. Also the pillows were a little lumpy. But the staff were delightful, and the surroundings and amenities on the property were nice.
