No coffee pots in room and no room service
The only thing I did not like was that there were no coffee pots in the room. And also no room service. So to get coffee in the morning you had to get dressed and go down to the casino. Especially in Las Vegas people want coffee when they wake up in the morning! The room was nice and clean the service was great and I loved the location and the size of the hotel. I think they should at least offer the option of renting a coffee pot!

Front Desk Needs to be Kinder
I requested a low floor room when I made the reservation and informed them Of my late arrival. Was not given low floor (34th floor.) Lady at desk who checked me in was indifferent, just said didn’t have low floor available “No Apology At All” just said this is your room. Didn’t like her attitude. Other than that everything was fine.

Nice stay for New Years with friends
I booked a standard room and upgraded to one with a pull out couch. However, the room did not have a coffee table as is standard in these types of rooms. The room was ok. Furnishings Ok. Bathroom had an oversized shower which was nice. There was a refrigerator but no coffee pot. This addition would have made the stay a little better. I know there was a coffee stand downstairs but some mornings you want to linger in room with a cup of coffee.

Suffocate in smoke the entire time I stayed there
We had a smoking room but there is no window so you basically Suffocate in smoke the entire time I stayed there my husband smokes and I don’t and usually there’s some kind a window that at least cracks an inch there was nothing not even a fan in the bathroom how do you expect people to breathe
