Lovely location and place to stay
Nicely located a short walk from both beaches and the town centre. It is very clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was lovely. Mary who ran it was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The parking spot is invaluable in St Ives as there is literally nowhere to park without paying a fortune (if you can find a car park with a free space that is). The town has very narrow single lane roads so the last thing you want to be doing is driving round looking for somewhere to park. Very pleased overall. The view from the property is really nice.

Nice room with a sea view. Was informed initially there was free parking. However after booking we were told that if our car was larger than a Ford Fiesta we would have to use a public car park. We were however able to squeeze in - to use a public car park would have been very inconvenient and incur a cost. We were asked to change rooms as apparently someone was coming into the one they put us in. No big deal. The jacuzzi bath didn't work. On mentioning this they referred us to switches out on the landing that were off - no instructions given that we should turn them on. Breakfast was nicely done but you have to order it the night before.

Firstly St Ives is one of the prettiest places in the UK that I’ve been too and I have travelled a lot! This Guest House is fantastic, the views overlooking stunning beach are fabulous! It’s a short walk to the beach or to town or to the harbour area with restaurants and cafes a plenty. Tony could not have been more welcoming and he was so knowledgeable with recommending places to visit and things to do! He really does go beyond the call of duty to make guests feel relaxed and make sure they enjoy their stay at Atlantic View. His breakfasts were as others have said cooked to perfection and nothing was too much trouble! I will most definitely return to this place again. Carol and Mary were super friendly also. The bedding is also amazing and so comfortable! Thank you guys for making our stay so memorable, we will be thinking of you all fondly!
