The hotel was not too far from anything we needed to get to for the weekend and there were many activities in the area and on the grounds to participate in, but we had contact with the staff on 3 occasions in 3 days and each time it was less than professional. Twice it was one specific woman, so it could have just been her specifically being rude, but it left a bad taste. The place was clean but we were put right next to the elevator so we heard everyone and everyone, our room didn’t have enough towels, we had a broken phone so we had to call out from our cell for room service and assistance, and we got attitude when requesting condiments and utensils be brought to our room. Overall, nice hotel but we didn’t have a Stellar experience.

There wasn’t any tissues in bathroom. The vanity was not clean. There was urine on the floor around toilet. There was only one bath towel for 2 guests. There was no mini-refrigerator. There was an empty cabinet where it should have been.
