House for 2-4 persons: approx. 70 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with air conditioning, kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and a large covered terrace with barbecue. The first floor offers a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to a smaller room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm).

    Wunderschöne (klimatisierte) Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage, toller Garten, sauber - perfekt

    Tolle Ferienwohnung, mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten, perfekt für Hunde. Ungestört draußen frühstücken, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe (fußläufig). Zweistöckige Wohnung, mit praktischer Küche und allem was man braucht. Durch die Klimaanlage ist auch bei warmen Temperaturen erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und sympathischer Gastgeber :-)

    Un gîte au calme près de la côte d'Istrie

    Une maison très agréable, au calme, avec un jardin, dans un village avec un supermarché et le tout à quelques minutes de Rovinj, surpeuplée. La climatisation est un plus en été.
