The property was clean and well spaced but there should have been more items like towels or even some toiletries; there was none. Communication was very quick; they do not have someone on site to give u access but the response was rather quick. The biggest issue however, while I was staying there we were robbed overnight. The area was pretty loud with poor ventilation especially in the month of September. We left the windows open overnight and I'm not sure how but someone must have climbed up either through the window or the balcony while we were sleeping in the adjacent room. It was a terrifying experience. We reported the event to the tourism police, where they informed us this wasn't the first break in.
