This hotel is no longer accepting short term stays and is only for student accommodation or tenants with a lease, when we went to pick up our keys they said they have not leases out rooms for short stays for a long time and had no rooms available. Should be taken off wish to avoid this happening again. We drove 8 hours to then sit around in the city for another 4 hrs trying to find other accommodation

We had booked accommodation to stay at the serviced apartments Melbourne on booking number 72168536927656 but when we arrived to pick up keys there were no keys and no booking. Our booking was from check in 25/2/22 and checkout 4/3/22. All money was paid in total including the bond prior to arrival. We would like to request a full refund for our booking as this never existed and we are unable to reach anybody on the email or number provided to me via our confirmation. Please get back to me urgently to sort this issue out on 0423 393 291, thanks.

For the price and in comparison with other accommodation in same locations, this place is disappointing. Right from the booking, communication was very poor, not responsive, asks for unreasonable bond prior to providing details for arrival. Dont be fooled by the photos and writeup of this place, wouldn't recommend at all.

Room smelt of cigarettes, had to open the window for fresh air, walls were severely marked, many stains on the carpet, less than 1/4 toilet roll for 3 people, ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer, no tea/coffee or milk, dirty dishes in dishwasher - overly disappointed after paying $350 for the night, will not be booking again, only positive was the location

Poor communication. Instructions sent through were ‘old’. Property does not offer refunds, even though they advice to get in contact with them ‘24 hours prior’, yet the information on their check in lists out of date phone numbers and email addresses.

Do not recommend booking here
Do not book these apartments through this company due to: 1) was not allowed to check in until unter 4:30pm when was meant to be a 2pm check in 2) to get the keys, the location was more than 1km way on the other side of the city at a bottle shop 3) the apartment was in terrible condition, damage to the walls, artwork ripped off, carpets full of stains and light switched damaged/not working. Disappointing considering age of the building. 4) the apartment smelt like smoke and clearly someone had been smoking there.

My experience with this apartment was terrible. I have mentioned 2 year old baby 11 year and 6 year no extra blanket given. It says microwave but no microwave in the apartment. It’s comes with free wifi but no internet we face so much problem with network. Crockery was broken. When I have booked this apartment it says parking included but no parking so we had to pay at willson parking which cost us everyday $83 that was the most painful cos when u go on holiday u have budget. I have all the receipt for parking and when I have tham call they said I can park on the street around the building and there is no guarantee u will find parking when I asked about wifi they said someone will come to fix the problem but no one came I gave tham call again they said someone will come I wait until 11 am cos I have mentioned the time to tham but no one came and after no one even bothered to give me call back so my overall experience was terrible and it was so stressful.
