Great hotel in a great location. Two suggested improvements. The hallways smelled like smoke. Not sure how because the room was fine. Second suggestion would be foam pillows. Those are both minor things. The staff was awesome and the hotel itself is beautiful on the inside.

I was not impressed with this hotel. It’s very centrally located and nice enough but we were hugely disappointed with the staff. They were helpful but we had asked that our two rooms were placed close by and they weren’t. They were in completely separate floors at opposite ends of the hotel. Considering we’d made bookings well in advance, this seems like very poor planning. I also had to ask for toiletries repeatedly and was always brought the wrong thing and when I called one last time I was rudely told they did not provide shampoo. It was only after I pointed out I did find some in my room when I checked in that they were silent on the phone and then some arrived at my room. There was never any mention of the VIP perks, for any of the rooms we booked. The TV was very, very small and there was a limited selection of channels. I would likely stay here again because of the location and it’s overall safe and clean but the staff and service was very poor.

We are given a free voucher for a non-alcoholic drink in the bar (which I did not use) but are charged 1 euro for each drink in the fridge. I'd prefer just a free water or something instead but they likely know people are less likely to use the bar drink
