Excellent Staff and beautiful hotel
The staff was excellent and helped us out massively in being able to schedule and translate getting a PCR test at the last minute. The hotel is also beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Central AC was turned off
The AC, not even fan, didn’t work. It worked only in the hallways! It was turn turned off in the rooms and outside was over 90 degrees (34 Celsius). We asked for another room, and it was the same! It was hot all night and we couldn’t sleep. We tried to go to pool during the day, but the capacity was full. Everything was wrong :(
