Good choice for a couple on a quick visit to SP
If you're staying here you should first now that it is an appartment-like, not a hotel. So no reception at the entrance, and communications are sent in portuguese. We tried to call the number on the booking for before checking and no one responded, but other than that once you check-in communication is smooth via whatsapp My wife luckily speaks portuguese so when the hair dryer in the appartement broke they were very quick to respond and they brought a new one for us. The apartment is clean generally but when we checked in, we found few empty water bottles, and used soap with hair on it, the shower could also use a little more cleaning, there were spots of mold on the shower Wall. Cleaning and towels changing is only when you check-in and not daily. Still for the purpose of our trip the value is really good, the hotel is very well located, close from the museums, and downtow SP, it is very well managed and seriously secured.

Localização muito boa. Ótimo processo on line para o acesso ao apto. Deixou a desejar na limpeza e na manutenção. Exaustor do banheiro extremamente barulhento e sujo e vazamento no sifão da cozinha. Limpeza do box tb a desejar, muito bolor. E poeira sobre os móveis
