Eldorado Resort Casino at THE ROW, Reno

When the shower door glass comes off in your hands, it gets your attention. Almost makes you overlook the mile and a half hike from the front desk to the door (which would have been nice to get a heads up on/take the other set of elevators rather than the ones we were pointed to) OR the hideous view of the dirty roof OR the previous occupant's "medication" left on the floor (that very obviously was not vacuumed...) Add to that the front desk staff NOT listening to the concern and wanting to stick to "their policy" over their guest complaints. Not again Guys, thanks.

I was very pleased with our stay at the hotel. We knew nothing about the hotel before we checked in and picked it at random while driving through Reno. The staff were very courteous and friendly, the room was very nice and clean and all the additional amenities for food, etc. were excellent.

If you Get a room at the end of any hallway, definitely call the front desk and request a change of room! I ended up in a room all the way at the end of the hallway and the tower get a room at the end of any hallway, definitely call the front desk and request a change of room!
