    Muy bueno!
    Awesome deal! Comfortable, safe, accommodating and staff friendly and met every need. I wish we’d had bottled water in room daily and the band on the beach would lose the tuba! But, the food was good at the buffet and the made to order stations excellent😁

    Worn out beds but a great restaurant
    The hotel front desk staff were largely overwhelmed and not very friendly. The “Mountain View” room was extremely basic. The beds just seemed haggard and worn out. The linens were wrinkled and dingy looking. Their hotel beds were the worst I have ever slept upon and I stay 15 days a month in hotels. The restaurant and waterfront area were first rate, wonderful. I would not stay at this hotel again.

    It was nice. The pictures on the website make it look bigger than it really is. The staff were nice even though they were understaffed checking in with the challenge and then no one at the front desk to answer calls. Other than that it was fun

    I live in Minnesota but I am a native of Mazatlán when my family (brother and sister in law plus baby came to pick us up to go to dinner they treated them like they were criminals, very rude.
