Failure to deliver what I reserved and paid.
I reserved and paid for a king size room but when I arrived they only had double rooms. They said Hotels.com should adjust my rate as it was over $30 more than the double room I stayed in. Hotels.com refuses to refund me the difference saying it is the hotel's fault even the hotel gave me a receipt showing the price of the double instead of the king.

Horrible Smell
There was a terrible horrible smell which made me sick. I complained and two gentlemen showed up. They transferred me to another room. They also told me that one of them got a headache from the smell. Also, at 8:30 am, I was told that they can't refill fruits basket because it was 9:30. Granted it was a mistake. Then they told me that they can't refill as they don't have fruits. Says they have breakfast. No eggs, no bread..

Room was very noisy, could hear everything next door and above. Dogs barking in the middle of the night and early morning. Room stank from cigarette smoke. Toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. Got a terrible nights sleep.

Booked two rooms with king beds when arrived were told they didn’t have any only double beds, first disappointment, room not the cleanest not enough blankets on beds shower didn’t work phone didn’t work went to front desk for assistance no one answered the bell. Left a note at front desk that water was dripping in shower. Absolutely terrible Expedia needs to do something about this worst stay I have ever had.
