exceptionally clean and comfortable guest house ,with friendly approachable staff. only a 5 minute walk to mayflower theatre, 10 minute walk to town centre. our room catered for our needs and had a wonderful king size bed for my 6`5 partner. the en-suite was provided with toiletries, towels and cosmetic extras, a toilet cleaner was also provided which ensured the en-suite remained clean. lovely communal area, and kitchen facilities were pristine and vast, including washing machine, ironing board and all the essentials you could require to ensure a comfortable stay. plenty of space to store own food in allocated cupboard in kitchen, which a key is provided to lock away items. we were happy to be on ground floor which surprisingly was very quiet!! there are limited parking spaces at front of guest house, so highly recommend earlier arrival to ensure forecourt space. excellent value for money, exceptionally clean and comfortable, secure, vast amenities and welcoming staff :)
