Booked a handicapped room but it was on the 3rd floor??? In case of fire would you not think that the handicapped rooms would be on the first floor? The grab bar in the tub was on the backside so it did no good for helping to get in and out of the tub.

1st room we were assigned, walked in and it was consumed with marijuana/cigar smell. No acceptable. 2nd room, musty smell/carpet dingy/ floors sticky, not stocked with supplies for extra bed. Definitely was comfy and cozy. Trash cans overflowing on floors, only one ice machine working out of 3. Elevator floors had not been in quite some time and definitely not seen a Clorox wipe. Even lobby, breakfast area floors had not seen a mop in a while. Had no idea hotel was pet friendly and they were not located on one floor (saw one on 1st,3rd, &4th) to maintain just pet rooms. So very curious, do you treat for fleas for all rooms? Also, they should not be allowed to be in the breakfast area!!!! Breakfast area lady was not friendly at all. Trash cans over flowing and food counters not wiped down, nor were tables in the seating area. A full house you should have condiments to meet the needs of that many guest. Not, sorry we are out, and walk away. Front desk ladies that I encountered were polite and helpful. I knew there were no rooms available anywhere else, or I would have asked for refund and left the same day. But we endured the best we could, and lesson learned. Not worth the 350.00 I spent to stay there.
