Great staff isn’t enough
The lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff were exemplary! The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room needed quite. Bit of updating. The carpet was old, the tub was stained and appeared to be dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. Although we enjoyed our time while there, based on the bed accommodations, we do not think we will be back to The Lexington.

Very small room, good location.
As many others have stated, our room was not available when we arrived at 4pm. We checked our bags, were given drink vouchers and told that it would be ready shortly and they would text us. When we arrived back at the hotel two hours later, we were informed that our room was still not available. We were supposed to be on the 19th floor, we ended up on the 15th floor with a view of the alley/back side of hotel. The room was very small, which I knew it would be, but I don't think our bed was a queen as stated, or if it was, it wasn't a very comfortable one. Linens were sparse, not cozy. The bathroom was tiny. Overall, the stay was fine. The lobby and mezzanine levels were great. We enjoyed our visit but I would book a different hotel next time.
