Our stay was great, we felt that the hotel was clean, our room was clean and all amenities seemed new and updated. The area is within the red light district but we didn’t have any trouble walking to dinner or around the area. Also the WiFi here was fast and the staff was very helpful. The hotel breakfast was pretty good but gets really busy during rush morning time around 9:30.

We really liked the location of this hotel, and we loved the fact that they gave us a free local bus/train pass for the duration of our stay! It made getting around in an unfamiliar city very easy. The people at reception were extremely helpful with advice about things to do and places to go as well. And we enjoyed the pool, hot tub (which was more of a warm tub) and sauna as well!

Outside street was very noisy at all times, staff was nice and professional. Room was decent and very clean. Spa jacuzzi was never HOT and lacked water in the fridge often times. Taxes in the end are high. Overall experience was great. Nice bar and coffee 24/7.

Small hotel, small rooms, small shower and basic bedding for the price of “superior room”. Staff is Ok although expected to be more accommodating and friendly. The hotel is close to train station, lake and few good restaurants. Not sure if I’ll book it again.

Area is close to everything BUT did not feel safe
The hotel was fine but the street it’s located in does not seem very safe. Especially for women alone. Many men staring, saw one guy getting arrested right in front of the hotel at 9am. Therefore, would not recommend it.
