We were upgraded to a Vacation Club Villa (not sure why, but could have been due to our 4 am arrival. We appreciated the extra room! Unfortunately they forgot to clean one of the rooms and bathrooms, making a late night even later.

We are Disney Annual Passholders and always wanted to stay at Old Key West. Redeemed a free night from hotels.com to help with the $400/nt price tag. The only positives were Olivia's restaurant and the beauty of the area. The room was well stocked with towels and coffee essentials. Boats took us to Disney Springs and buses took us to the park. However, the room had a few bugs; if I had to kill one more bug I would consider it an infestation. The room was not ready when we checked in so we didn't get in till after park hours. Then we asked for a 12p check out ( regular check out is at 11a) and were denied. At $400/nt, I didn't think that was a terrible request. The place is mammoth. There are no elevators to go to 2nd floor, and there are no ice machines anywhere in the vicinity of your room. We could either go to the pool area for ice or back up to the front where we checked in. That was at least a me away. When I say mammoth, I'm talking a city. I would not stay here again.
