You get for what you pay for, people. Rooms were dusty, crusty, smelly, and bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Walls in the shower were dirty and the water pressure was nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something nice. Unless you’re cheap.

Perfect for our needs
Very good motel for the money. Comfortable beds, small but quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff, minimal but decent breakfast. TV and WiFi worked great. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Laundry room with 2 washers & dryers. We stayed here for 5 nights/4 days while we explored nearby natural wonders and we very happy with our stay. Would stay here again when in Flagstaff.

Restaurant next door. Staff called to make sure room was ok. Was in a busy area but room was quiet.

Last time good, this time only adequate
Our room was crowded. A queen bed would of been a better fit as the room was small and new pillows would be good. Our room was next to a locked gate that bordered a Chick Filet drive through and during the night someone wasn’t happy that it was chained and locked, we heard forceful attempts to open said gate. This was a repeat visit but we weren’t in the Room 130 corner before. If we were given another location I’m sure our visit would have been more enjoyable. Overall a fair price for what you get but we’ll think twice about returning.

Clean
Rooms are dated, walls are thin. But overall worked for reason we went to Flagstaff.
