Location was close to NAU (our reason for the stay) however the beds and pillows really need to be replaced. Very little to no sleep for 2 days.

Just okay
Old buildings. Not fully refurbished in many years. Definitely a budget place. Clean enough. The simple breakfast was okay.

Book this hotel because it said they had a pool. Pool was not set up for use and is apparently seasonal only. Most ice machines also not usable. Pretty skimpy on the towels as well.

Not the newest facility however room was clean and met my expectation. Shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast had protein and gluten free options should you have need. Location is great. Good value
