Not a pleasant experience.
This was my 4th stay here and it's always been pleasurable. This last visit was ok, but check out seemed to be a hassle to the employee or more like an inconvenience. I've never encountered an unpleasant employee at this location until now. I asked for a receipt and was denied. I paid cash for items that were charged to my room and I couldn't get a receipt for it. That doesn't sound right. Not only did she completely move on to the gentleman that was after me, she never even mentioned that we were all set or give some type of acknowledgement that we were good to go. When I asked she looked bothered!
