Near The Beach, Close to Popular Restaurants, Spectacular Ocean View

Charming casita with lovely distant views of the ocean off the balcony. Steep hill to entrance. Many taxi and delivery drivers can't find the address. Upon arrival, safe was not working but fixed right away. Freezer did not work so had to replenish ice daily. Only a few glasses. No tequila shot glasses or margarita glasses. Otherwise kitchen fairly well stocked. No beach chairs/towels. Glass doors to balcony are cumbersome to open and close. The 2 chairs on balcony were in poor condition. Lounge chairs were awesome! Could use some updating overall. Property manager, Jose, was very responsive and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. Comfortable for 2 persons.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely casitas. Well-appointed, clean, and a fantastic balcony with town and ocean view. Five minute walk to beach and downtown. Located at the top of a very steep (short) road--but it is on the top of the hill so you have a fabulous view! Sweet pool as well. Jose, the caretaker was lovely and super helpful as well. Greg is quick to respond to emails and phone calls (particularly when we were dropped off on the wrong hill by our Uber driver--thank you Greg for helping us out!). We will definitely love to return!

We were "wowed" from the first with this cool property. Our view of the town and beach and beyond was much better than we expected. Casitas del Mar was an interesting property with multi levels, a nice pool, and excellent vistas. Greg was a great host. Sayulita proved to be a charming yet fun destination. Yes, the hike up to the casita is a challenge.
