The apartment does not exist
Reserved the apartment, came there, and the reception - they have a common reception with some other apartments - told me that the apartment does not exist. Do not reserve!

Good place if weather is not HOT
Good location that is close to old town and also the ship terminal to Helsinki. Apartment is comfortable. Biggest problem is that it doesn't have air conditioning. The days we stayed there was very hot and we had to open up the windows at night. The outside noise was quite bad since all the buses and trams were in front of the building. I think it will be good if weather is not hot.

Bait and Switch! They sell you one thing on Expedia with the pictures and amenities then give you another. I rented the big apartment with air conditioning and they try go give me a small apartment with NO air conditioning in the middle of summer with the 24 hour sun of the north on the window. The room was an oven.
They said someone make a mistake and give the room to someone else.
The worst thing is that they don't do anything about it and expect you to stay. I ask for a refund and I am still waiting for it.
Do not stay here, you will not get what you pay for... They will bait you with nice pictures and give you something else.

The property is excellently situated, being a short walk to both the old town and the port if you want to explore further. There are also some good restaurants and bars located nearby. Unfortunately each evening during our stay we were overwhelmed by the smell of garlic bread which appeared to be blown in by an extractor fan, possibly from one of the restaurants. It was a shame as otherwise we could not fault the property

Different decor, but still nice
Easy stay with 24h reception (disregard the email that says otherwise). Decor was different than the photo, so felt less well appointed, but the apartment was well located near interesting shops and restaurants, clean, and with architectural character.

Great location
Great location! Tallinn is such a walkable city!
We did not have the apartment we should of had, like the picture indicated. When we asked about it, the front desk person said "That's the one you ordered". He was not willing to accommodate us and change us to the appropriate apartment. We paid more than we should of for this place. The TV was frustrating, there should be a guide on how to use it! The shower was interesting also, hot water was plentiful but small. I am not a big person and the shower curtain stuck to me. I had to almost snuggle up to the wall not to be attacked by the curtain. In turn, still a great place and I would go back!

The apartment was very well furnished with high quality amenities. The property has an elevator. The bed is in a loft and on the floor.
