The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in and when I checked out. I was upgrade to the garden suite and was not dissapointed. The view and room was amazing. The best hotel in Bangkok for me. I will definitely come back again.

A beautiful hotel.
Fabulous hotel! We arrived early on a flight from Osaka, we were given an early check in at 6.30 am. On the day of our departure we were able to keep our room until 3pm. The hotel is full of beautiful orchid displays. TrueType a wonderful experience.

Superb hotel, wish I could have stayed longer
Excellent hotel, staff friendly, attentive, informative, the hotel comes with bags of history and luxury. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone in to every little detail. Obviously its expensive but you get what you pay for. Next time I'm in Bangkok I will be staying at the mandarin!
