The Biltmore is a Historic Gem of a Hotel!
The Biltmore is a beautiful hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the Convention Center. The Junior Suite was extremely spacious. And I can't say enough about the amazing king-size beds. I travel quite a bit and their bed is the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever experienced. The room service breakfasts were very good for the price. And having a Starbucks and McCormick & Schmidt's on the premises was wonderful. I cant imagine that Providence has a better hotel than the Biltmore.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The only negative was that twice the key card stopped working and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. The staff was amazing though and took care of it right away.

The room without a view!!
When I booked the room a 1brm suite it said views of the city we had the view of the garage on the 3rd floor. I found the front desk service to be rude. Valet was great and very helpful. The front desk actually told me to reserve a view you have to leave a deposit?? That's a first for me. Also told me all the suites are on the 2-4th floors. I still don't believe them. Room was nice. For the money not worth it. The bed was super comfortable. Saw a few cats roaming the hallways?? I wouldn't stay here again, not because of the cats because it wasn't anything special or even good. Just average.

The Biltmore does not measure up to the Hilton standard I have been accustomed to. No coffee in the lobby in the morning...have to go to Starbucks, where the wait is too long. Elevators way too small. Rooms need to be refinished. Housekeeping forgot washcloths.....

Horrible Srevice
When I arrived they gave a different room than I booked. When I said something the response was "it is still a suite" . We booked the Premier suite because of the amenities in that one. They did not have any more available so they were kind enough to send up a microwave (sarcasm) Since the stay was booked for 4 people, I asked for additional pillows since we didnt get the suite we wanted, we needed pillows, but they were OUT OF SPARE PILLOWS. 2 people in our group didn't even get to use pillows. It was horrible I will never be back
