Far from amazing, far from terrible.
Location was fine, ro was really small to.hold 2 doubles, not as clean as it should have been, walls a but thin (heard the kids across the hall clear as day). Stayed in better places, stayed in worse. Front desk clerk was polite.

We stayed here due to parking rates ($20/day) in Niagara Falls, thereby making this a bargain. Perkins next door was great for breakfast. Rooms were okay, well made up each day and kept clean. Nice white towels. We slept here, showered and departed for Niagara touring daily so where we stayed wasn't critical. Very quiet area. Staying in Niagara Falls would have been unpleasant for us due to the crowds and crowds of people (August stay). Close to Niagara on the Lake which is a beautiful little town and tons of wineries.
