Nothing in particular. You could tell that I’m the 80s/90s it was a higher end hotel. It’s declined ever since and is now a mess and in a terrible neighborhood. Staff aren’t particularly friendly or helpful. And they let campers park in the rear lot. There was a loud party that went until 11p and staff refused to intervene.

This property was our worst experience when it comes to cleanliness and professionalism. It was dirty and the staff were not helpful. Me and 4 other families waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before a staff person even came to the desk at one point. The staff had attitudes. There was so many sketchy people to come in and out of the hotel. We were not able to stay because the hotel say they never got our reservation and Expedia said they sent it. Neitherside wanted to own up to there mistake and the hotel was fully booked so they could not accommodate us. So all of this is just from being in the lobby and walking down all of the floors to find a staffer. It was well after 1am before Expedia could find us another hotel that technically we found because we called around and drove around until we found it. It took 2 hours just for Expedia to get us to the appropriate department and to get an anawer then it took an additional 2 hours before Expedia confirmed to give us money back and a credit for the inconvenience.

I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes because there was one person working the desk and she took her time. When I got to the front of the line she did not have my reservation reserved thru Expedia and said they did not have any rooms and I needed to cancel my reservation thru Expedia. I've been trying to get in touch w/ Expedia since then and have been unsuccessful, but they still charged my credit card for a reservation that apparently never went through. Also, this hotel is disgusting.
