Th hotel was nice clean and quiet. Check in and check out was pleasant and easy. Only thing that could use improvement is check in timeis at 4pm. I got a room because due to the storm in ohio my heat and lights were out for 2 days. I reserved the room at 11:30 am i couldn't check in until 4 pm so i just sat in my car until then. They should bend a little when necessary plus they charge a $100 security fee that in itself is crazy the rooms aren't even that much and what happens if they person didnt have it? That aside i would definitely stay there again.

The power was out all dat Saturday and did not come back on until Sunday morning at 6am. When it came back on the only things that worked were the bathroom lights/ plugs. We werent wven able to shower beacuse there wasnt any hot water. No coffee or anything. Bad experience.
