The lady at the front desk (Jennifer) was the most vile and rude person I’ve ever met. I’ve never been cussed at during a check in before and I’ve stay at hotels 1/3 of the year for work. I would recommend staying at the best western next door, since Jennifer doesn’t work there. I can’t stress how unprofessional and strung out she was.

The hotel needs some serious updating. It’s all stuff that just needs to be done/fixed every few years. The floors in the rooms were redone, but weren’t really clean. Could hear everything going on outside (and I’m assuming next door to us but I don’t think there was anyone). Thankfully the fan setting worked on the ac/heater unit to help with those. Good things: beds were comfy and I love high pressure showers. Front desk and breakfast staff were polite and helpful. However, I would not stay there again. It was adequate for our barest expectations and needs.

The woman at the desk was very friendly the only problem I had was under the counter by the tv there was look like a camera pointed at the bed but she told me it was part of the tv.
