We stayed at this hotel, since our tour was scheduled here and we extended our time in Rome. We were hoping that our rooms assigned on the tour, would carry over for the extended stay--they did not, but hotel staff moved us. Aircon was centrally controlled, so we found the rooms too warm at night. Noise level in the hallways was high. Beds were VERY hard. Bathroom shower head was a problem, in that it would not adjust. Some maintenance done, but problem not fully solved. Good breakfast, however. Staff was friendly and tried to address any problems. Best aspect is the nearby train station, Roma Termini, which had access to both Metro and trains. Easy to get to and from the airport, as well as a central point for the Metro lines. Neighborhood was also easy walking to small shops and some restaurants.

Noisy, with concrete floors, you here every conversation, footstep, shower, toilet flus, etc. My room had no hot water the first day. Breakfast starts at 7:30, so plan your day accordingly if you like an early start. That was too late both mornings for me.

The card/light switch was not working. We had to stay in this dark room, had to shower in the dark. There was only one person working, she tried to help but she could not do anything. She said it was fully booked and could not move us. She could not even find a lamp for us to use. No maintenance person who could help her. Much much later on when I messaged the property thru Expedia about our ordeal, the front person came back and advised us that there was a cancellation and we can move to another room. We had to drag our luggages to another side of the building to get to the newly assigned room. This side of the building has stairs after you get out of the elevator. It was a terrible stay. I would not go back to this hotel. They also lack electrical outlets that you could not even charge your phone.
