No respect for the area that provides YOUR living!
For the age, a little pricey. My biggest complaint is that you are in the city of Columbia, SC, a city rich is history, but you offer no local channels. No weather channel!

I wouldn’t come back
Staff is really nice. Hotel is obviously old but the Rooms are old and smell musty or like cigarettes. We had to change rooms as the smell of cigarettes in our non-smoking room was overwhelming. Regardless, both rooms featured a plethora of cigarette holes in the bedding. Our allergies were kicked up by the amount of dust in the air vents. Additionally, the living chair in our second room was missing a leg and the office chair didn’t sit up straight. In both rooms, the tables were destroyed. The towels have age spots as well but were clean at the bare minimum of the word. The girl who checked us in was the highlight of our trip as she was very sweet at both 11pm when we checked in and 11AM when when we checked out. TV has good channels as well.

The front desk guy was very nice. Helpful polite & courteous The room on the other hand was disgusting. Definitely not cleaned. Stains all over the comforter. The bathroom was gross and had toothpaste all over the sink.

It's a bare bones hotel - rooms are old but clean. The receptionist called out my name and room number loud enough for the whole lobby to hear when handing me my keys. As two women, we didn't feel super safe staying there.

Do not stay here! Broken, stained, and dirty are the words to describe this place. My husband and I were booked for 2 nights and left after the first night. I didn’t feel safe in the area where the hotel is located. The maintaining guy said the keep the side doors locked so “vagrants” don’t come in. I took the stairs because the elevator didn’t always work. The cont breakfast was old dried food and the drink machine was labeled incorrectly. Room was filthy and stained. I asked for a new comforter due to the one in the room was stained. I was told to bring my old comforter to the housekeeping and they would bring a new one. It was stained too. They would not give me another one. The front desk lady said they were all stained. The shower didn’t work. Wifi didn’t work. Will never stay at this place again!
