Never again
The smell was horrible. It was hot and humid. Morning staff was rude. There was trash everywhere outside of the hotel. Broken lawn chairs, old broken sinks, nasty carpet, the list can go on. Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Got bed bugs from my stay. Stay far away from here.

Not that bad
The staff was very friendly. The room is not as bad as some of the reviews were saying and they are working on repainting. The neighborhood is not great

The hotel is very old, and it looks like they are slowly replacing carpet and fixtures. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the plumbing worked well. We did have a surprise at 4:15 a.m. early one morning when there was a small fire in one of the hotel buildings. We were back in our room in an hour after the fire department completed their work, but that made it a short night.

Terrible hotel in a terrible neighborhood. Only stayed here because none of the other 282 hotels in yhe area were available due to conventions, a concert and a softball tournament. Do not stay here unless you Absolutely Have To
