The first day we got there we went in and the room wasn’t drity but when my wife went in the bathroom it was roaches in the shower& on the sink. She went to call the office and the phone doesn’t work so she look behind the desk to see if ir was unplugged and the back of the table and bed was like it happened been cleaned in months, and the phone just didn’t work. When she called the office on her cell phone the front desk told her he could change her room tomorrow not today not right now but tomorrow and on top of that he said he has to charge us $15 for the pet fee. This is on my top 3 of worst hotels I been to. Oh yea you have to leave a deposit for the iron I was out of that spot so fast and when you get a room and it’s over $140 a night you expect so much more. Stay away

Bad service.Very Dirty hotel. Smells awful. Unsafe. Creepy. Hell on earth. DO NOT STAY or BOOK this hotel, Unless you wish to experience hell on earth. It is NOT WORTH your money! REGRET staying at this place.

We booked a five star hotel and made full payment at the time of booking but when we reached the hotel our room was given to someone else and after a long 2 hour phone conversation we ended up staying in Howard Johnson motel which was 30 minutes away cost us fuel and was too noisy. No comparison to a five star hotel.terrible experience

WORST WORST WORST
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL WE'VE SEEN. Rooms with cockroaches, rooms smell musty and cigarette smelling, even we requested a non-smoking room; staffs are very very rude, they said "with breakfast " but doesn't have cutleries, napkins, no butter, jam whatever.
