Great Visit
We loved the Hotel Forum. It was in an excellent location. Our room was very nice and a decent size. It had a somewhat side view into the Forum but you could still see everything. They have what they call the American bar on the rooftop in the evening which is lovely. The bartenders are exceptional. There are tons of restaurants directly across the street as well as a restaurant in the hotel. We never ate in the hotel so can't comment on the food. The Colosseum is directly across the street and here's great little café across the street. The hotel does have an elevator but it's the smallest elevator I have ever seen. Really only enough room for one person at a time. I do highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Forum in Rome
A nice hotel located in the very center of the old city and very close to the main Roman archeological sites. Walking distance (if you like to walk) from all the other sites of interest and shopping areas. The view from the restaurant is exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. A bit noisy at times, mattresses need some updating. I would happily return to this hotel on a future visit to Rome
